Specific information
The Coradazzi Ham Factory opens the doors of its facility to accompany visitors on an authentic experience to discover the secrets of Prosciutto di San Daniele.
A guided tour will allow you to learn about the various stages of production, the traditions passed down over time, and the passion that makes this iconic Friulian product unique.
Visits are by reservation only on the following days:
- Friday at 4:30 pm
- Saturday at 11:00 am
Requests must be sent by email to info@coradazzi.it, visits must always be arranged and confirmed in advance.
There is a minimum number of 6 participants and a maximum of 15 people per group.
At the end of the tour, a tasting is planned at the Prosciutteria Osteria Al Baccaro. Go to the location, located just two kilometers from the producers of prosciutto.
The cost of the visit with tasting is €30.00 per person, drinks not included.
