Discover the journey that leads to the creation of Prosciutto di San Daniele with a guided tour of the Picaron Ham Factory. This is an opportunity to learn about the various stages of production, the company’s history, and its deep connection to the San Daniele del Friuli region.

Visits are available by appointment from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:30, and on Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.

The visit is reserved for groups of a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 100 people.

At the end of the experience, it is possible to continue the journey into the flavors of the area with a tasting at the Prosciutti Picaron Bar, where you can enjoy Prosciutto di San Daniele accompanied by other local specialties.
